THE MASTERCLASSES BELOW ARE FOR 2 to 4 PEOPLE ONLY. Many cookery/preparation classes have lots of people attending and one person teaching. At these classes you will have the full attention of the chef in small groups.

Advanced [and professional] cooks can choose to focus on the skills they don’t have and not waste time learning things they believe they know already. Beginner cooks can build up skills gradually using these classes.

Understand how to make fresh pasta dough by hand and machine and also how to use a pasta machine easily and properly.

Hands On: Learn how to prepare fresh plain and flavoured pasta such as tagliatelle, spaghetti and lasagne sheets as well as shape pasta by hand

All skills will be demonstrated and then you will practise under our supervision

Food eaten at the class – soft drinks only

Take Away: Your fresh pasta [you will be asked to bring a suitable container or long, shallow box] and Factsheet/Pasta Dough Recipe/Instructions

Suitable for: Anyone who wants to learn how to make filled pasta who has made pasta before. It is useful if you have already taken the introductory pasta class prior to this more advanced class. You will need to work at speed so it is better if you are not completely new to pasta making at this class
