IF YOU HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH
If you have been given a gift voucher then you can use it for the class you have been booked onto if a class title and date is written on your voucher. If there is no date shown then you can use it towards any class at its face value [the amount is usually shown on your voucher] as long as you book in by the date specified on the voucher and for a class before the expiry date shown. You have to fit in with the schedule available or upgrade your voucher to cover any extra fee for arranging your own individual class date or for a higher cost class. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE CLASS BOOKED FOR YOU – please email to find out the face value of your voucher and you can then use it to that value. IT IS JUST LIKE GETTING A VOUCHER FOR A SHOP – IT HAS A VALUE AND YOU CHOOSE FROM WHAT IS AVAILABLE AT THE TIME.

These classes tell you what the books don’t. If you want to perfect the skills for a particular recipe in the way that a restaurant chef would do it it’s easy when you know the tricks of the trade! These classes reveal the secrets that professional chefs use to make things work every time and are also great for those who need new ideas. You cook a recipe from start to finish, completing all associated skills [see individual classes for details]
