THE MASTERCLASSES BELOW ARE FOR 2 to 4 PEOPLE ONLY. Many meat preparation/cooking classes have lots of people attending and one person teaching. At these classes you will do EVERYTHING INDIVIDUALLY and have the full attention of the chef.

Advanced [and professional] cooks can choose to focus on the skills they don’t have and not waste time learning things they believe they know already. Beginner cooks can build up skills gradually using these classes.
