Hi Sarah. Thank you so much, we loved ASIAN STREET FOOD. Brilliant planning on your part, fantastic food, really great group fun. I think what you put together was absolutely perfect and will go down really really well with anyone else doing that course. We hope to see you before too long as well and we would certainly feel we could ask you for something even if your website didn’t cover it. Fiona who has now done 3 classes – SPANISH Tapas, INDIAN Vegetarian and this one – ASIAN STREET FOOD
Thank you for a wonderful lesson. We learned tons and can’t wait to practise our new skills. We did really enjoy the morning and have both asked Santa for some equipment for Christmas. Thanks for a lovely day. I certainly enjoyed the fish too. I’m sure we will be signing up for another course in the New Year. Sam and Sarah who did a FISH and SEAFOOD PREPARATION class
Hi Sarah, Bloomin’ fantastic! Really great day!! Thanks so much. I had a great time on the Asian Street Food class. It was great fun and really interesting to do such different recipes. I’m popping to the shop to make all the spice mixes tonight, Sri Lankan recipe will be happening tomorrow night! Ted – who joined us for ASIAN STREET FOOD
Thanks for a perfect day of BAKING and CHOPPING. We had a lovely time and lunch was fantastic! Deb, Sue and Nige who combined a KNIFE SKILLS LESSON with a BAKING lesson making LOAVES
Hi Sarah, I would just like to say a big thank you for today’s Croissant pastries class. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a very well thought through course and we were both saying how much we have learned from our session with you. I am sure we will both be returning for another class soon enough. I have managed to successfully fill any free space in my parents freezer with pastries and it has been decided that they will be defrosted, proved and cooked in just over a month for my Dad’s birthday – that way they can really be showcased to people (if they last that long of course!). I have already had reports back from George’s Mum that her kitchen did smell gorgeous and I believe the family have enjoyed their feast this evening.
I would definitely recommend you to anyone I know looking to do such a course. Thanks again for a great day and making us feel at home. Keep up the good work! Best wishes, Gareth [who came with his friend for a CROISSANT PASTRIES class]
Fantastic experience and wonderful BREAD! Thanks Libby and Jane who did French baguettes and Epi
A great day – just the experience I was looking for and the best lunch I have had in ages! Paul who came for an individual FISH PREPARATION and COOKING class
Hi, thanks so much for yesterday. Vicky and I had a great time and learned a lot. Food last night was brilliant and we were really chuffed with our chapatis which turned out great. So keen to get our hands on chapati flour we turned up at Iqra this morning before they opened! Martin, who doesn’t like lentils, loved the dish and when asked what his favourite was, said it was all the dishes and how they worked together (you clever girl!) Can’t wait for street food class, thanks again. Fiona back for a second time for an INDIAN VEGETARIAN CLASS – and now coming back again for Asian Street Food
Thanks for a great day again Sarah. Fantastic as usual. I had lots of fun and learnt lots to use and to adapt. Elaine – who was one of the first to do the ASIAN STREET FOOD class [and previously came for Fish and Thai cooking classes]
My husband and I had a wonderful time on both our cookery courses with Sarah. Sarah was a fantastic teacher and set us at ease immediately. We enjoyed an absolute feast on both occasions whilst learning so much along the way. The one to two tuition meant we each came away with a whole host of newly acquired skills. We were most impressed with how much we managed to cover in each lesson and how easy it can be to add these meals into our every day eating.I would thoroughly recommend Sarah’s cookery courses and will certainly be heading back to learn more. by Lisa [who did 2 courses in SPANISH TAPAS and THAI COOKING I was able to arrange things so that she could do her cooking courses on crutches - as she was injured - she is an athlete when mobile!]
Another brilliant course – wonderful food and very good company – and so much effort put into making everything go so well. Irene and Martin who did ASIAN STREET FOOD this time – and previously [over the last few years] 3 INDIAN classes, Sausage-making, Cooking with Chillies, FISH Preparation and Cooking classes and more!
Thank you for another fantastic course. Bought sausages will never be the same again! Not a patch on the ones made here! Irene and Martin who had done several INDIAN classes, FISH classes, Cooking with CHILLIES and now SAUSAGES and are back for ASIAN STREET FOOD soon
Hi Sarah, Thanks for your time on Saturday, the 4 of us really enjoyed ourselves! I was most impressed with how you were able to engage us all (I was a little worried that 1 or 2 weren’t as enthusiastic as the rest of us). I have already re-made 2 of the dishes that we learnt with you – the chicken with paprika butter is great on the bbq! And have already recommended you to friends. Thanks again and I hope to come back again! Bella SPANISH TAPAS – Bella, her husband and another couple came to celebrate their birthdays together over a Tapas class
Richard texted me to to say he had really enjoyed his lesson … many thanks, kate miller - Kate bought her son an INDIVIDUAL FISH FILLETING lesson, fish knife and a load of fish for his 30th
Hi Sarah, I enjoyed the Fish course very much and was delighted when I skinned the hake. A new skill! I cooked the hake bake today and we both enjoyed it a lot. Brian was surprised to find that he thoroughly enjoyed it! Mackerel next I think. Regards Ann - who did the FISH class and learned some new ways to get her husband to eat more fish and other healthy ingredients!
Hi Sarah, Thank you so much for a fantastic morning. Loved the food last night and so did Martin. I’ve never marinated prawns like that before, only using them as part of a recipe, but that is going to change straight away! I became strangely addicted to the tomato bread and definitely had more than my fair share of it – a really fabulous taste bearing in mind the simplicity and short list of ingredients. The flavours all worked wonderfully together as intended and I will definitely be doing all the dishes again. I think you will be seeing us again! all the best, Fiona who did the SPANISH TAPAS class with her friend Sharon
Dear Sarah, Kevan and Al loved your course and the food was gorgeous. I think they’ll be back for your chillies course! Many thanks. Lesley – Lesley’s husband and his friend did an INDIAN HOT & SPICY MEAT TAKEAWAY class on a Sunday morning and took the food home for the wives to enjoy with them at supper time!
Hi Sarah, Dave and Sarah said they really enjoyed the course. Sarah immediately showed me her new knife skills with a carrot, Julienne style (not sure about the spelling) and Dave cooked the naan bread on Saturday with a curry I cooked, yummy. Looking forward to them cooking the whole thing soon. Many thanks, Mary - Mary’s husband and daughter did an INDIAN menu together for Dad’s birthday
Hi Sarah, Thank you to you and Jon, I found the knife sharpening course extremely useful. I promise to keep practising! Best wishes, Angela who has done several of our classes and popped back for a quick knife sharpening class one day!
Hello Sarah, Apologies for the delay in letting you know how our meals went – been hectic! All of the dishes were excellent. Definite quality restaurant standard and beyond! The children loved the dal too. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable and enlightening day – we both really enjoyed it and have been inspired with our curries to date. We hope to catch up with you again in the future. Many thanks. Natalie and Tom INDIAN Takeaway Special Menu – this couple booked their own “takeaway” class on Tom’s birthday and took the food home to enjoy over the weekend

The team of 21 from the LAKELAND STORE, Nottingham joined us over 2 days at our outdoor shelter for African Outdoor Cooking
Hi. Sorry it has taken me a little while to write to you with some glowing feedback about our morning, but I wanted to give you some comments for your guestbook. Our team had an excellent time on the tapas morning. Everyone got involved and stayed busy throughout the cooking session. All the recipes were clear and were ones that we could all take away and do ourselves. The real highlight for us was having an opportunity to sit down around a table and eat together, rather than just taking the food away. We have all said we would recommend it to other people looking at arranging team away days and events. Thanks again. Sarah from a team from the NHS who came to do a Tapas Medley class with a lunch at the end
